About the assignment
For our client Olink in Uppsala, we are now looking for a Laboratory Technician for a full-time consulting assignment. You will work in a varied and exciting production environment, manufacturing various laboratory reagents and components used in advanced biological analyses.

In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of conjugates, bulks, controls, and reagent solutions according to established methods, instructions, and quality requirements. The work includes both manual laboratory tasks and the use of automated systems.

Responsibilities

As a laboratory technician, you will among other things:

  • Manufacture conjugates, bulks, controls, and reagent solutions according to current instructions.
  • Perform laboratory work such as pipetting small volumes and precise weighing.
  • Work with both manual methods and automated production systems.
  • Participate in qualification and verification of laboratory equipment.
  • Contribute to pilot production and production development.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations.
  • Document and report manufacturing results according to GMP-like quality requirements.
  • Perform calculations, material reporting, and document review.
  • Collaborate closely with functions such as Supply Chain, R&D, PMO, Engineering, and QA.

The assignment is a consulting role via Adecco, starting on August 31, 2026, and running until December 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. The position is full-time (100%) and located at Olink in Uppsala. The work is initially scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Friday. We are therefore looking for you who thrive in a production-oriented laboratory environment and appreciate varied work with high quality demands and close collaboration with several functions within the organization.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have at least two years of experience from QC, laboratory production, or manufacturing of laboratory reagents.
  • Are accustomed to meticulous laboratory work and have experience pipetting small volumes (down to 10 µl).
  • Have good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital documentation.
  • Fluently speak, read, and write Swedish and English.
  • Have a strong focus on quality and work structured according to instructions and routines.
