We are now looking for dedicated employees for the role of process technician!

As a process technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT-based system within production. The work takes place inside the production area and involves supporting, troubleshooting, and solving issues related to the IT-based functions of our production machines.

We are looking for someone with experience in technology/IT who wants a role where you can develop. You are responsible, meticulous, and work well in a team with others. You maintain focus during stressful periods and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.

Required qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience;
• Basic understanding of networks, switches, routing, and firewalls;
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of English as the role may involve contact with external parties in support cases.

Desirable:

• Experience with installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows environments;
• Experience working in a production environment;
• Knowledge in virtualization, storage, and backup;
• Experience in application operations and SQL databases;
• Experience with various services and products of Microsoft 365 is highly meritorious.

The position has a rolling three-shift schedule that changes monthly:

• Day: 06:48 AM – 03:12 PM
• Evening: 02:48 PM – 11:12 PM
• Night: 10:48 PM – 07:12 AM

Starting salary: 27,600 SEK/month. After a successful probationary period, the salary will be adjusted to 30,000 SEK/month.

OB allowance is added for evening and night work according to the applicable agreement, and varies depending on the schedule.

Approximate compensation:

• Evening shift: about 5,000–6,000 SEK in OB
• Night shift: about 8,000–9,000 SEK in OB
