As a project manager with us, you will play a central role in driving projects from start to finish, ensuring that technical and regulatory requirements are met and coordinating various stakeholders. You will primarily work within nuclear power and combined heat and power, but also in other highly regulated industries where your structure and analytical skills are key. Projects may involve preventive maintenance projects, major component replacements, or facility modifications.

Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an effective transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expertise in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate feasibility studies and projects within nuclear power, combined heat and power, and other regulated industries.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, technical requirements, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate stakeholders such as engineers, authorities, and suppliers.

  • Drive improvement work and optimize processes.

  • Follow up and report project status against goals, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications We are looking for a communicative and outgoing person who enjoys collaborating and building strong relationships. You are driven by solving problems and creating order. In addition to your personal qualities, we would like you to have:

  • Degree in civil or engineering in energy systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial economics, or another relevant field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within regulated industries such as nuclear power, combined heat and power, pharmaceuticals, or other process industries.

  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

  • Experience from a strictly regulated industry is an advantage.

Practical information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office in Uppsala Business Park, Rapsgatan 7E, Uppsala. Travel may occur to our clients. The start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
