As a Project Manager in ventilation, you will play a central role in driving and developing the ventilation operations forward. You will work closely with service leaders, site managers, and colleagues in energy and renovation, where together you will create a strong and results-oriented team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects through the entire process – from planning to execution and follow-up – with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will have a role with significant responsibility and good opportunities to influence working methods, business, and development in the area.

Your main responsibilities includeIn the role of project manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on ventilation projects in various phases.
You will lead multidisciplinary projects with a focus on ventilation and be responsible for both results and delivery. You will work both operationally and strategically with follow-up, analysis, and development of the business.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling. You will ensure that projects are conducted with high quality and that work environment, safety, and sustainability are adhered to.
You will continuously monitor the projects' finances, manage changes, and report progress. The role also involves creating engagement within the team and contributing to clear communication and collaboration.
Mandatory requirementsAt least 5 years of experience in the ventilation industry
At least 2 years of documented experience as a project manager
Good knowledge of AB/ABT and experience in managing changes
Understanding of contract and service projects in ventilation
Driver's license (B)
Good proficiency in systems, preferably within the Office suite
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience in cost estimation and bidding processes
Familiarity with financial follow-up and result management
