As a validation engineer, you will prepare and execute protocols and reports for validation work related to the transfer of analytical methods in the Quality Control Laboratory, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues according to the project plan.

We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or biochemistry. You have experience in Life Sciences, specifically with the validation of analytical methods. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and possess strong documentation skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. The role also requires you to be able to travel to the USA, specifically Muskegon, Michigan, approximately 20% of the time for short assignments.

It is advantageous if you have experience in method transfer within quality control laboratories. Previous work on projects in resin manufacturing or similar areas is a plus. If you have over five years of experience in Life Science and have worked on international projects, that is a significant advantage. Experience working in diverse teams and navigating different work cultures between Sweden and the USA is also considered a merit.
