Do you want to help create the best summer for residents in Hässelby-Vällingby? At three locations in our district, there will be activities and experiences carried out by summer youth with the support of supervisors.

We are now looking for a person who wants to plan and implement this together with us.

Your role

In the summer of 2026, the administration will have three locations throughout the district, with two supervisors and 15 summer youth at each location. There will be three periods of three weeks each. For many of the summer youth, this will be their first contact with the working life.

As a project leader, you will be responsible for:

• planning and implementing activities together with seven supervisors and the regular coordinator
• developing and conducting introductions for supervisors and summer youth
• supporting and guiding the supervisors during the summer
• evaluating the activities after the period ends

Your skills and experience

To succeed in the role of project leader, we see that you:

• have completed high school
• have experience working in projects
• have good knowledge of Swedish

It is also important that you:

• are good at collaborating
• are comfortable making decisions even when not everyone agrees with you
• enjoy finding solutions to situations that may arise
• are used to communicating with people of all ages
• enjoy mentoring and supporting youth and young adults

As the work will be directed towards children and youth, the administration will require a criminal record extract. The City of Stockholm works with competency-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's skills and thus counteracting discrimination.
