Personal Assistant Needed for Temporary Position

We are looking for a personal assistant for a 42-year-old man with multiple cognitive disabilities. This is a temporary position during the summer with the possibility of extension in the fall. The working hours are approximately 90%.
You will work in a team that has a consistent approach regarding attitudes, structure, and routines.
The job includes personal care, assistance with all practical tasks in a home, and the use of pedagogical methods, i.e., we work with clarifying pedagogy.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the days have meaningful content. You will receive training on disabilities and method usage, as well as supervision from a psychologist. You will always work together with a colleague.
Expectations of You
You should preferably have experience working in care.
You should be easy to collaborate with, flexible, and open to new methods and working styles.
You will work according to a rotating schedule, day/evening/sleeping on-call.
You must speak good Swedish.
You should live in the local area so that you can easily get to work at short notice.
