About the client:

A 7-year-old boy seeking security, who stays close to the adults around him. He feels a great sense of security in routines and repetition of situations, but has no problem meeting new people. He lacks verbal speech and needs someone skilled in alternative communication; he communicates through various sounds and body language. He is physically active and quick, and although he does not seek dangerous situations, he needs supervision to avoid injury. He requires support and assistance with dressing and toileting situations.

Qualifications/requirements for the respite provider:

• Experience with NPF diagnoses
• Gender does not matter
• You should be an active person
• Comfortable assisting with toilet visits

About the position:

The assignment is for 10 hours and will be carried out for about 3 hours per occasion, mainly on Saturdays. Start as soon as possible.

As a respite provider, you will relieve family members, for example, for a child with a disability in the home or local area. This may be so that parents can have some personal time with other siblings.

According to the law on background checks and God Omsorg's policy, anyone working with minors must present a certificate from the police's criminal record and suspicion register before employment.
