Personal Assistant and Summer Substitute Wanted

I am currently looking for a personal assistant, as well as a summer substitute with the possibility of extension, who wants to work closely with me in my daily life.

I lead an active life and enjoy being outdoors. Nature means a lot to me – I like photographing birds, going on excursions, and traveling both within Sweden and abroad. My daily life can vary from day to day, and it is important that you feel comfortable with this variation.

About Me

I am a person who values clear communication and respectful collaboration. My energy levels can vary, which means that my daily life sometimes looks different. Some days I need more support and presence, while other days it works better if you can work more independently. It is important for me that we can have an open and safe dialogue and that we meet each other with calm and mutual respect.

About You

For us to work well together, it is important that you are:

• Calm, patient, and flexible
• Have a positive mindset
• Can be self-sufficient when needed
• Can also wait for directions and take a step back on certain days

I have clear routines and lists to follow, especially on days when my energy is lower, so you need to be able to work independently without constantly receiving instructions.

Important Requirement:

You must not be afraid of dogs or birds. Dogs are often present in my daily life, and I spend a lot of time outdoors among birds – this is an absolute requirement for the job to work.
