As a respite care provider and guide, you will have the opportunity to support and contribute to meaningful leisure activities and increased well-being.

We are currently looking for individuals with a pedagogical approach who are comfortable taking initiative, have experience with NPF diagnoses, and are confident in their ability to provide support to others. Additionally, an interest in music, animals, nature, or gaming is a plus. Do you have a special interest you would like to share with others?

At Bambi, we are looking for someone who can engage long-term during their studies or alongside part-time work. We offer introduction and professional development to provide our employees and primary individuals with the security to grow together.

The work is suitable as extra work since we have assignments ranging from 4-30 hours per month, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

As a respite care provider at Bambi, you are expected to initiate pedagogical and stimulating activities. Respite care aims to relieve family members regarding the care of the child with disabilities and enable recovery.

As a guide at Bambi, you support young people to participate in activities and community life. Guiding services aim to prevent and break social exclusion for young people with disabilities and enable an active leisure time.

You do not need any prior experience in the profession, but it is a plus if you have experience with children or people with disabilities. As an employee at Bambi, you will have the opportunity for regular professional development and supervision as we want you to feel secure in your role.

Salary: Individual salary setting. Hourly/monthly salary. Collective agreement exists: KFO-Communal. You will also be offered introduction, wellness benefits, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

Start date: By agreement. We will call for interviews continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

To be employed as a respite care provider or guide, you must have a valid extract from the criminal record.
