Leva LSS is looking for more dedicated support assistants for both daytime and night shifts at our newly renovated accommodation in Täby, Näsbypark center. Here, six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (group 1 according to LSS) reside. The accommodation is centrally located, just 200 meters from Näsbypark center with good transport links.
With us, you will be part of a newly started operation with a clear value base. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-affect approaches, and the PERMA model as a foundation – and offer internal training in these methods.
Our vision is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are a natural part of everyday life.
As part of our focus on innovation, we will implement digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling, to support both users and staff in daily life.
