About the client:

A teenage boy who enjoys his own world and has no social network. He is interested in technology, video games (Roblox), and YouTube. He would like to be introduced to other suitable games. He has been granted relief and escort services. At home, he needs your help with hygiene. Washing hands, brushing teeth, showering (he can manage most of it himself), and changing clothes. During escort time, he wants to go to the movies, eat at Max, ride the subway, or take a fun elevator. He may say unexpected things, so you need to be tough-skinned and not take it personally.

Qualifications/Requirements for the escort/reliever:

• Experience with autism, IF, and ADHD
• Male in his 20s
• Preferably interested in gaming

About the position:

6 hours/week, Sundays 3 hours (around 12-15) and one weekday 3 hours. Start as soon as possible.

As a companion, you accompany a client with a disability on various activities. This may involve shopping, visiting a museum, or perhaps having a coffee. As a reliever, you provide relief to relatives of a child with a disability in the home or local area. This can be for parents to have some personal time with other siblings.
