Substitute Childcare Worker Wanted for Our Parent-Run Montessori Preschool

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our small, family-oriented preschool for the remainder of the spring term – a place where engagement, community, and joy permeate everyday life.

About the Position:

The position is a substitute role at 80-100% with immediate start. The substitute role lasts at least until June 15, 2026. Together, we create fun, safe, and educational days for our children with the help of Montessori pedagogy. You will primarily work with our younger children, ages 1-3 years.

We want you to:

Be a trained childcare worker or have equivalent experience
Interest in or experience with Montessori pedagogy is a big plus
Enjoy working both with children and practical tasks
Be responsible, structured, and have a warm heart for the children's best interests
Thrive in a small, engaged organization where everyone's contributions make a difference
