Noblaskolan consists of 18 preschools and primary schools that operate under the motto that challenged students achieve more. Through a combination of clear structures, high expectations, quality teaching, as well as safety and study peace, students are given the best conditions for a good school experience. Noblaskolan is part of AcadeMedia's primary schools.

Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo is a preschool and primary school with high ambitions and a language profile. We currently have about 900 students in primary school and 100 children in preschool. Through good relationships and high expectations of both staff and students, we work together to achieve our vision - Engagement, joy, and learning in a safe environment. The operation is located in the scenic Tollare in Saltsjö-Boo and offers an outdoor environment that invites active play.

Your Mission

Do you want to help create a safe and stimulating environment for children and youth? We at Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo are now looking for engaged and responsible substitute teachers for our preschool.

About the Position:

As a substitute teacher in preschool, you will have the opportunity to work in a creative and developing environment where children's learning and well-being are the focus. During the day at preschool, you will support the teams and create positive and safe interactions with the children. We are looking for someone who is flexible, can come in at short notice, and quickly answers the phone when substitutes are needed.

At our preschool, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by a high level of commitment. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong personal commitment to learning, a burning interest in engaging preschool children in joyful situations, and collaborating collegially. As a substitute teacher, you are attentive and want to guide the children for the future. You are clear in your approach and have a good ability to read the children's needs.

• Is curious about working with children and learning the basics of preschool
• Is engaged and responsible
• Has good ability to collaborate and communicate with both children, guardians, and colleagues
• Is creative and can contribute to a stimulating preschool environment
• Has a strong interest in children's development and learning
• Is flexible and can take quick instructions
