Your Role

As a social worker in the placement team, you are responsible for the follow-up of placed youth according to SoL and LVU. In our placement cases, we always work together. Assessments are made collectively, and you have close support from colleagues, team leaders, and support functions. The unit has a contract coordinator who is an operational support for you as a social worker when our youth are facing a placement. There is also a contract controller who ensures that we use serious actors.

We continuously develop routines and methods. Together with the open care, we work to shorten placement times and enable home relocation to families. We also invest in SAVRY assessments in close collaboration with the investigative youth group to then implement the method in the placement team. We work based on Signs of Safety and have coaches in the unit who drive method development forward.

The unit also has SIG coordinators, school coordinators, targeted contact persons, and social workers with the police. Quality is important to us!
