About the role

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work on long-term assignments (1–4 years) where you will help develop mission-critical systems, digital services, and the technical solutions of the future.

The assignments vary in focus and tech stack, so we match your skills and ambitions with the right projects. Our goal is to be your long-term career partner, not just your next employer.

We are looking for someone with experience in some of the following areas:

• Backend development in Python and/or Java
• Frontend development in React and/or Node.js
• Version control in Git/GitLab
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps work
• API development and integrations
• Responsive design and modern web standards
• Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)

You don’t need to know everything; our assignments vary, and we value both breadth and specialized skills.

Who are you?

We believe you:

• Have at least a few years of experience as a developer
• Enjoy working in a team but can work independently
• Are curious about new technology and want to continue developing
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and/or English
