Imera AB is now looking for work supervisors as hourly substitutes and summer substitutes for our Daily Activities in Uppsala. With us, you will have a meaningful job where you make a real difference for people with disabilities and complex support needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support participants in their daily activities based on individual goals and implementation plans.

• Create structure, security, and participation in the activities.

• Guide participants in work-like and educational activities.

• Work with communication support and individualized methods.

• Handle challenging situations with a calm and low-arousal approach.

• Document according to current routines.

About You:

We are looking for someone with relevant education, such as in social pedagogy, support assistant/LSS, care and nursing, or equivalent. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license (requirement).

Experience in LSS, daily activities, NPF area, AAC, or behavioral support is an advantage.

You are secure, stable, professional, and have a good ability to create structure and adapt your approach to the individual's needs.

Working Hours:
