About the Company

Siemens Energy develops and manufactures world-leading gas turbines for a global market. The company also delivers complete turbine-based power plants for long-term sustainable and cost-effective production of electricity, steam, and heat. Your Responsibilities

As an AI Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on process improvement and the implementation of AI/ML solutions within Engineering IT Systems. You will work independently or in smaller project teams alongside cross-functional groups to analyze business needs, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and product quality.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to engineering initiatives

• Map and understand engineering processes and develop AI pipelines that improve efficiency and data accuracy

• Implement and further develop AI/ML systems and tools, as well as train and support end-users

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is comfortable developing and implementing simpler AI/ML solutions in an industrial environment. You have experience integrating LLMs and classification models into technical development models.

We would like you to have:

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent

• The ability to translate engineering needs into technical requirements and rapid IT solutions

• Practical experience with industry-standard PLM tools and processes

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach in both Swedish and English

• An interest and aptitude for training and supporting users
