We are now looking for preschool teachers for Lillebo in Överklinten and Ängen in Ånäset. As a preschool teacher, you create, together with the team, a learning environment where each child can grow at their own pace, explore their surroundings, and feel seen, respected, and involved. Your Mission

As a preschool teacher, you lead the teaching and are responsible for ensuring that the education is goal-oriented, meaningful, and safe. You plan, implement, and follow up on the teaching based on the curriculum's goals and consciously work to create accessible and stimulating learning environments. Together with colleagues, you document and evaluate the operation to ensure quality and development. You have close collaboration with guardians and support functions to provide children with the best possible support in their development.

Your Competence and Experience

Requirements

• Certified preschool teacher/teacher in preschool or completed preschool teacher education leading to certification
• Good knowledge of the preschool's curriculum assignment
• Computer skills

Meritorious

• Experience of systematic quality work and documentation
• Experience working with children in need of special support
• Knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, visual support, or TAKK
• Experience of language-developing working methods
• Knowledge of norm-critical and inclusive working methods
• Experience of outdoor pedagogy and sustainable development
• Experience of project- or theme-based working methods
• Driving license B

The Employment

Salary Range

We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. For this position, the salary range is 32,000 - 43,000 kronor per month. Final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and the overall assessment of your competence.
