Do you want to work in a school where every student is seen and where real collaboration is part of everyday life? Nilaskolan is a school with a high staff-to-student ratio, small student groups, and a strong focus on collegial learning.

Here, teachers work closely with each other and with students in an environment characterized by engagement, safety, and shared responsibility for the quality of education. We are now looking for teachers who want to help develop our school together with us.

Responsibilities

The staff's responsibilities include planning, leading, developing, and conducting teaching, as well as making adjustments to stimulate and challenge students' curiosity, development, and learning. Safety and a calm working environment are important parts of the school's values. We work in teams and sometimes in subject groups.

Qualifications

You are a certified primary school teacher authorized to teach Swedish and social studies subjects up to grade 9. You should have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and possess pedagogical insight as well as the ability to build good relationships with our students. We appreciate candidates who are clear, structured, creative, and have good communication skills. Flexibility, collaboration, and engagement are important qualities. Conditions

Full-time, permanent employment if necessary decisions are made; probationary employment may be relevant.
