Description

The Vocational High School is looking for an inspiring Vocational Teacher for the Vehicle and Transport Program to strengthen our team and offer our students a challenging and inspiring education.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in the Vehicle and Transport Program according to the curriculum and subject plans with a focus on vocational relevance and student-active working methods.

• Assess and document students' development and provide clear feedback and support for progression.

• Collaborate with colleagues and industry contacts to create and maintain relevant workplace learning placements.

• Participate in systematic quality work and contribute to the development of pedagogical methods and the school's value base work.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Relevant professional background in vehicle and transport related to passenger cars is required.

• A vocational teacher's degree in the field is a requirement for permanent employment.

• Experience in teaching/mentoring is an advantage.

• Good ability to plan, structure, and document teaching as well as to adapt teaching according to students' needs.

• Good ability to build trusting relationships.
