Description

At Yrkesgymnasiet, we strive to provide our students with the best possible support in their educational choices, career opportunities, and future labor market. To achieve this, we are now looking for a study and career counselor who is passionate about contributing to students' development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can provide individual and group guidance to stimulate students' interest and curiosity about future studies and career choices.

• Has the ability to work independently and in teams, and can build networks with representatives from the business community and public sector.

• Is communicative and motivating in meetings with students and teachers.

• Has a strong drive to, in collaboration with the school's student health team (EHT), develop and shape our study and career counseling program.

• Works based on and is well acquainted with the governing documents found in the Swedish National Agency for Education's laws and regulations.

Qualifications

You have a degree in study and career counseling, and it is an advantage if you have experience working with guidance previously.
