Teacher in Leisure Center

Responsibilities as a Teacher in Leisure Center

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching at the leisure center together with your colleagues. In the teaching, students should be offered a variety of working methods, forms of expression, and learning environments that integrate care and learning.

Your mission consists of offering the students at the school a meaningful leisure time with opportunities to develop their abilities based on interests and experiences.

We want you to place great importance on creating good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have high positive expectations and act to ensure that everyone thrives and reaches their full potential. You should be well acquainted with the leisure center's curriculum and other relevant governing documents.

Qualifications

We wish that you are a trained teacher in leisure centers and we are looking for someone who:

• is secure and stable in your role as an adult role model
• has a low-affective approach
• acts to ensure that everyone thrives and reaches their full potential
• is creative and can adapt your approach based on the needs of the group
• is attentive and responsible
• has knowledge and perhaps experience of various forms of NPF diagnoses

We place great importance on personal suitability and we are looking for someone who has adequate knowledge of the Swedish language for the position.
