Description

Do you want to work in a school where every student is seen and where collaboration is truly part of everyday life? Nilaskolan is a school with a high staff density, small student groups, and a strong focus on collegial learning.

Here, teachers work closely with each other and with the students in an environment characterized by engagement, safety, and shared responsibility for the quality of education. We are now looking for teachers who want to help develop our school together with us.

Responsibilities

The staff's responsibilities include planning, leading, developing, and conducting teaching, as well as making adjustments to stimulate and challenge the student's curiosity, development, and learning. Safety and a conducive working environment are important parts of the school's values. We work in teams and subject groups. The position will consist of teaching Home Economics for grades 5, 7, and 9, as well as other assignments within the organization to fulfill a full-time position.

Qualifications

You are a certified primary school teacher and qualified to teach Home Economics up to grade 9. You should have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and possess pedagogical insight as well as the ability to build good relationships with our students. We prefer that you are clear, structured, creative, and have good communication skills. Malå Municipality strives for a balanced gender distribution and sees diversity as a strength. Conditions

Full-time, temporary position for the academic year 2026/2027.
