Engaged Team Leader for Kvarteret Humlan

We are proud of Trollhättan's city with over 5,000 employees who make a positive difference in our residents' lives every day and contribute to the city's sustainability and vitality. We are driven and motivated by the guiding principles of Courage, Participation, Innovation, and Action. Here, there is an exciting development where you can help make our city even better.

About the Organization

Kvarteret Humlan consists of five care and nursing homes, four with a focus on dementia and one with a somatic focus.

We have a close collaboration between our homes where we help each other across boundaries and build our strength in cooperation, knowledge sharing, and shared responsibility. Our main goal is to create the best possible quality of life for our elderly through safe and quality care.

We are now looking for an engaged team leader who wants to help lead the work forward and contribute to continued job satisfaction, development, and quality in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

The role of team leader is both exciting, varied, and meaningful, where you have the opportunity to make a difference – both for the elderly who live with us and for the employees who contribute to safe and quality care at Kvarteret Humlan every day.

Together with another team leader, you will support five unit managers in their respective operations. You will serve as a close operational support in daily operations and contribute to creating structure, stability, and good continuity. The assignment includes planning and staffing based on the needs of the organization. You will also work with financial follow-up, produce statistics, and compile decision-making materials to support the unit managers' work.

As a team leader, you will also be part of a city-wide network together with other team leaders within care and nursing homes. This provides an opportunity for experience exchange, professional development, and collaboration on common issues and areas for development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma from the care and nursing program or other education that can be deemed equivalent. You should also have good experience in care and nursing, preferably from municipal operations. If you also have previous experience in an administratively coordinating role, this is seen as a positive.

The position requires good computer skills and experience working in various administrative systems. In the organization, we use Medvind, Unit4, HR8, Office Suite, and VIVA, among others. Furthermore, you should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is an advantage.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be flexible and have the ability to adapt when circumstances change throughout the day. You are confident in yourself and act professionally in meetings with both colleagues and managers. Since the assignment is largely administrative, you have good analytical skills and a structured working method. You plan and prioritize effectively while being able to see the whole picture – especially in planning daily operations where multiple needs and perspectives need to be weighed together.

Through your positive attitude and solution-focused approach, you contribute to a good working climate. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the assignment.
