Working as a pharmacist in our pharmacies in Gotland means a daily life characterized by variety, responsibility, and breadth, where you meet customers from all over the island with different care needs. During the summer, the number of visitors also increases significantly, creating a dynamic and lively customer flow with both temporary guests and returning regulars. This adds an extra dimension to the work and requires flexibility and teamwork. Overall, you get a developing role where you grow in your pharmaceutical competence, take responsibility in customer interactions, and contribute to making a real difference – every day.

We are looking for summer pharmacists for the following periods:

• Week 26–33

• Week 30–33

If you can work the entire summer, there is also a possibility for us to potentially assist with accommodation.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer’s needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people’s different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You are an experienced pharmacist or new to the profession – we believe that strength lies in diversity.

• You have experience working in an outpatient pharmacy.

• You have a particular interest in customer interactions.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
