Job Description

Do you want to work in a key role and contribute to the daily functioning of our operations? Apply for the position of administrator at SiS!

We currently need a temporary administrator for 6 months. As an administrator, you will be responsible for all types of administration related to our operations, such as managing archives, diaries, registrations, and handling certain financial matters, purchases, and invoice inquiries. You need to have prior knowledge and experience in a similar position.

In your role, you will be a backup for our administrators.

Our administrators need to work closely together and be able to cover for each other in various matters. As in all administrative roles, it is difficult to present all the tasks involved, which means we are looking for a flexible person who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Experience in financial management is essential as the institution needs an administrator who can take on that role.

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary education with a focus on finance and/or administration, or other education combined with work experience deemed equivalent by SiS
• Experience in financial administration such as invoice management, purchasing, etc.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Meritorious:

• Experience in financial administration within public operations, preferably within a government authority
• Experience working with financial systems such as Proceedo and UBW
• Experience in internal service and support to managers and operations
• Good understanding of regulations and governance in public finance
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Employment:

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment for 6 months starting March 1 or by agreement, with the possibility of extension. The important thing is that the person we are looking for has knowledge and experience in a similar role.
