JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our scheduling is based on a common holistic perspective where we see the entire nursing organization as a unit. We allocate resources based on current needs, such as care intensity and patient numbers, to ensure the right person with the right competence is in the right place at the right time.
As a scheduling and staffing planner, you are responsible for creating sustainable and qualitative schedules based on the needs of the organization as well as applicable laws, agreements, and guidelines in our staffing handbook.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Creating and following up on schedules
- Managing daily staffing issues
- Planning training initiatives
- Collaborating and co-planning with different professions
- Training, informing, and introducing employees to our personnel systems
You work with staffing across the entire nursing organization and have close collaboration with nurses and unit managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in scheduling
- Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Meritorious:
- Post-secondary education in, for example, administration, economics, or another field that the employer deems equivalent
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience with the scheduling system Time Care Planning and Visma payroll system
- Knowledge of laws and agreements related to scheduling in round-the-clock operations
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented. You are solution-focused, unpretentious, and have an easy time collaborating. You have a holistic perspective on larger operational issues while being able to work carefully and in detail when the situation requires it.

OTHER
Employment scope: 100% (working hours daytime 07.00-16.00)
Temporary position from 2026-03-01 to 2027-01-01 (possibly with the opportunity for extension)
