Job Description

You are often the first contact our employees and sometimes even patients have when they need help with IT-related questions. With us, you will work broadly with user support, troubleshooting, fault rectification, installations, administration, and access management – all with a focus on creating a smooth and secure digital environment. The work mainly takes place via phone and ticketing systems, but also through other digital channels. You have access to modern tools, clear routines, and above all – an engaged team that supports each other in everyday life.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education, preferably with a technical focus.
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role for at least one year.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Interest and understanding of technology, IT security, and user support.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Ticketing systems (for example, ServiceNow or similar).
• Microsoft 365 environments, client management, and remote support.
• ITIL or other structured approaches within IT support.
