The area of operations (VO) neurology, rehabilitation medicine, memory diseases, and geriatrics has facilities in Lund, Malmö, and Höör. Within the neurology area in Lund, there is a large specialist clinic, a clinical research unit, and two inpatient wards. At the Neurology Clinic, patients with neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS), epilepsy, ALS, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, and brain tumors are investigated and treated. In addition to the medical clinic, we have a large treatment unit, a day care, as well as rehabilitation activities and research.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are a large organization with opportunities for varied and developing work. As a receptionist/administrator, you are a very important part of our operations. It is you and your colleagues who create the conditions and ensure that the reception work flows smoothly. We believe that it is important to have joy at work and to actively contribute with a positive attitude towards improving and developing both routines and ways of cooperating.

Your work includes staffing the reception and archive, registering referrals, booking new visits, handling mail, cancellations, 1177 management, etc. Other tasks may also be included, as well as the opportunity for your own areas of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a completed and approved upper secondary education. For this position, it is required that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you have good IT skills as we work in systems such as Melior, Meedspeech, Pasis, and Qlickview, and preferably experience from administrative work.

You enjoy administrative work and can organize your tasks efficiently. The work is characterized by flexibility, solution focus, and high quality awareness. The position requires a service-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a social environment with many points of contact. In addition to your good attitude towards both colleagues and patients, we appreciate that you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, are meticulous, and flexible.
