JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have a strong drive to support people in developing and finding their way to the labor market?

As an instructor at the Individual and Family Administration, you will play a central role in strengthening and guiding participants who are far from the labor market. Within the Employment Unit, participants are offered daily activities that can consist of both theoretical and practical efforts. You will support by conducting theoretical sessions focusing on labor market knowledge, providing participants with tools and understanding of how the labor market works and how they can take steps forward.

By combining pedagogical support, motivational coaching, and clear structures, you contribute to participants developing their abilities, strengthening their motivation, and increasing their trust in their own strength. The work involves close collaboration with both colleagues and participants, where engagement and clarity are crucial for participants to take steps towards increased independence and self-sufficiency.

Job responsibilities include:

• Developing materials and planning group activities and lectures/workshops for the target group
• Conducting activities that develop participants' Swedish language skills
• Following up and quality assuring the efforts
• Contributing to a positive environment where participants can grow and develop
• Supporting participants with information and knowledge that enables movement towards work and studies
• Participating in follow-ups together with employment coaches
• Organizing company visits and visits to educational providers
• Monitoring the job and study landscape

You can inspire, explain, and adapt your working methods to different conditions, while your ability to create clarity and maintain a stable structure gives participants the right conditions to take steps towards increased independence and self-sufficiency.

Requirements for the position:

• High school education
• B driver's license
• Experience in planning content and structure for group activities
• Experience in working with labor market issues

Meritorious:

• Language skills beyond Swedish
