Customer Service Representatives Wanted
We are currently looking for new customer service representatives on behalf of our client.
The company is one of the largest telecommunications operators in Sweden. You will work directly for the client and be part of a well-organized company focused on service and quality. You will work in a team with good team spirit and a focus on quality and customer service.
You will be working in the customer service department, whose main task is to assist customers with questions about their subscriptions. You will receive comprehensive training on the company's products and services to assist customers in the best way possible.
Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. Salary according to collective agreement.
We are looking for:
- Individuals with good service skills and a willingness to help others
- People who are social and enjoy contacting others
- Team players who find it easy to collaborate with others
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 months of previous experience in customer service roles.
