We are now looking for a goal-oriented and committed Account Manager who wants to help develop B2B business in telecommunications. In this role, you will work with sales over the phone to companies of various sizes – a perfect next step for you who loves customer contact, business, and wants to see clear results from your work.About the role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to the agreement. You actively work via phone, identify the customer's needs, and present solutions within business telephony that create value and simplify everyday life for the company's customers. You will work in a fast-paced team with strong cohesion and clear goals; your contribution really makes a difference here.Your tasks

  • Contact new and existing corporate customers via phone
  • Map the customer's needs and present the right services and solutions
  • Work towards clear goals and budgets
  • Prospect new customers

  • 1 year of work experience in sales, for example from insurance, telecom, or appointment setting.
  • Swedish in speech and writing
