Store Manager for our new store in Helsingborg

As a store manager at Rabalder, you will focus on sales. You will also work as a salesperson in the store and have full responsibility for the store's results. You should be able to motivate and lead your employees even though you do not work many hours together.

Your work includes budgeting, scheduling, personnel responsibility, and sales analysis. We see it as a given that you enjoy working towards set goals and always provide the best service.

We are looking for someone who:

-has experience in retail sales and values building close customer relationships.

-is positive, results-oriented, and inspiring with strong self-drive.

-enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment and sees challenges as part of your daily development.

-understands the importance of being a trustworthy, engaged, and humble salesperson.

-can be flexible.

The position is approximately 30 hours per week with compensation according to the applicable collective agreement plus additional company benefits. Start date is week 11.
