Feedstock Manager at Gasum - Parental Leave Cover

About the Role
As a Feedstock Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the supply of raw materials to Gasum's new and existing biogas plants in southern Sweden. You will be responsible for raw materials and organic fertilizers for the facility in Helsingborg. You will build and coordinate networks of farms and industries that supply raw materials such as manure and by-products from the food industry. Together with colleagues, you will create sustainable collaborations that secure both the flow of raw materials and the circular business around organic fertilizers.
You will contribute to optimizing the supply of raw materials to Gasum's existing Swedish facilities in southern Sweden. The role includes budget responsibility and the development of business cases that support the company's long-term strategic decisions.
The position belongs to the Biogas Production business area, is part of a team of nine people, and reports to the Team Manager, Feedstock and Fertilizers SE & DK.
Your Profile
Requirements
- Experience in procurement and/or sales or logistics
- Good experience in negotiation and contract writing
- Familiarity with certifications and sustainability criteria
- Relevant education, preferably as an agricultural engineer or agronomist
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Meritorious
- Experience in the biogas, food, feed, or plant nutrition industry.
- Knowledge of biological processes and the conditions of agriculture
- Experience in working in, establishing, and coordinating networks.

The location is at Gasum's facility in Helsingborg. Travel within and outside Sweden may occur, and a B driver's license is required.
