Every day, hundreds of cases and matters are decided in the courts around Sweden. Our organization consists of employees with different competencies, each of whom is significant in maintaining legal certainty and high quality at all levels.
The Administrative Court in Malmö is one of Sweden's largest courts and one of the country's four migration courts. The Administrative Court is a general administrative court that primarily resolves disputes between individuals and state or municipal authorities.
The Administrative Court handles approximately 450 different types of cases. The most common types of cases are migration cases, tax cases, social insurance cases, cases under the Social Services Act, cases regarding administrative coercive measures, driving license cases, cases concerning public procurement, and cases regarding delay claims. Additionally, there are cases regarding legality reviews under the Local Government Act and various licensing cases. A significant number of cases have EU legal connections.
The Administrative Court has about 300 employees working in modern premises in a newly built courthouse at Malmö Central Station. The court is characterized by an open and pleasant work environment. Do you have a bachelor's degree in human resources or labor relations, or a couple of years of experience in the HR field? We are now looking for an HR administrator for a fixed-term employment of 1 year in the HR and administration unit!
Job Responsibilities
As an HR administrator, you will work together with colleagues in the HR and administration unit. Together, we provide support and service in recruitment, onboarding, competency development, work environment, salary, labor law, and various administrative tasks. In your work, you will have ongoing contacts with the court's employees, lay judges, and some of the court's suppliers.
You will be offered varied and interesting tasks in a socially important operation with a high pace. The main tasks will consist of ongoing personnel administration, recruitment, and administration concerning the court's lay judges, such as scheduling, registration, and control of service reports. As part of the court's HR function, you will also work in other areas for which the function is responsible. This may include participating in the onboarding of new employees, internship issues, planning competency development initiatives, as well as employee activities and other relevant matters. It may also be necessary to provide backup in other administrative tasks, such as financial administration. The work is independent, and several different tasks are handled simultaneously. Since we are a small team, it is natural for us to help each other, especially during absences and peak workloads.
Qualifications
To be considered for employment, you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or labor relations or equivalent education in the HR field deemed relevant, or a completed secondary education along with a couple of years of current and relevant experience in the HR field. Experience in competency-based recruitment may be an advantage. Furthermore, you should have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is important that you can manage a digital working method, plan, and prioritize among your tasks. Since the assignment is time-limited, we prefer that you are flexible and can easily take on new tasks. You meet high standards for responsibility, judgment, and accuracy. You are outgoing, positive, have a pronounced sense of service, and possess good collaboration skills. Furthermore, integrity is required, and you must be able to act as an employer representative in personnel matters. We place great importance on having good references from current and/or previous employers as well as on personal qualities, thus testing is an important part of the recruitment process.

The employment is fixed-term for 1 year, starting on May 4 or by agreement.
