JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you good at seeing the big picture without losing sight of the details? Do you enjoy leading and coordinating assignments where multiple parties and dependencies need to collaborate? As a business developer with us, you will play a central role in the work of developing and improving operations.

Your tasks will consist of assignment and project management within our process for managing EU support to Swedish farmers. You will also work with various types of business development, such as process modeling, benefit analyses, and workshop leadership.

In our unit, we are responsible for business development, coordination, and the development and interpretation of regulations within the farmer support process. Our unit consists of 16 employees who all work across a wide area within the farmer support process.

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is analytical and structured. You are unpretentious and focused on achieving common goals. You have good collaboration skills and believe that a positive attitude is a given in the workplace, even under pressure and during setbacks.

We are looking for someone with an academic background and experience in leading and driving the development of operations, such as assignment leader, project manager, or equivalent. Knowledge of EU support and experience from the public sector is an advantage, as it gives you an understanding of what it means to work in a politically governed organization. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

The place of employment is Jönköping with the possibility to work part of the time remotely.
