At STC, we believe in community and have therefore created environments since our inception in 1998 where people of all ages can meet and train for a healthier life. Every day, we work at our clubs across Sweden to help more people get started and train regularly. We want to offer our customers the best service and provide them with the best training experience possible. To deliver Sweden's best training to our members, we have a wide range of group training options.

For us, the staff is the most important aspect of what we want to achieve, and we are now looking for group training instructors to join our team in Sävedalen. We are looking for someone interested in leading Les Mills Bodypump on Fridays at 17:15.

As a group training instructor, you will lead, motivate, and inspire our members in your training concept. You will lead your classes with joy and passion, focusing on the participants. Our group training is largely about community and joy, where people train together under the encouragement and happiness from a trained and passionate instructor. STC is always moving forward with the goal of keeping group training at the forefront. We want to be accessible to everyone, regardless of training goals, experience, age, and gender.

At STC, we have long had an established partnership with Les Mills, the world's leading provider of group training. We also have internal concepts, and all our instructors are licensed. If you are already a trained instructor, that is a significant advantage, but not a requirement. We regularly conduct further education for you as an instructor to guarantee professionalism and safety for our participants. Together, we constantly evaluate and develop the offerings in group training.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good sense of leading, inspiring, and motivating others

• Wants to be an inspirer and convey the joy of training to others

• Wants to be the face of STC

Qualifications:

• Trained instructor

• Has previously worked as an instructor or leader
