We are looking for two service-oriented and responsible Receptionists for two full-time assignments at an authority in Uppsala. You will be an important part of the organization's first point of contact and responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and structured reception - both for visitors and internal employees.

Responsibilities

• Answer the switchboard and forward calls to the right department
• Print visitor badges
• Receive and welcome visitors
• Maintain order and create a pleasant and representative entrance
• Perform simpler administrative tasks

To qualify for the assignment, all of the following requirements must be met:

• Must be able to use Telia's systems ACE Agent and Telia Touchpoint
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience using telephone switchboards and referral systems
• Must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO.

• Start: March 1, 2026.
• Duration of the assignment: August 30, 2026.
• Working hours: 07:50 - 16:30 (during the period from May to August, working hours are 07:50 - 15:50)
• Extent: 100%.
• Location: Uppsala.
