We at MCT are now looking to strengthen our team with an order and financial administrator. Are you a structured person with experience in accounting and administration who wants to work in a small but growing company? Then this could be the role for you!

About the role

MCT sells floor leveling products in small bags to distributors and via pump trucks to larger contractors. As an order and financial administrator, you will play a key role in the business and have overall responsibility for both the order flow and ongoing finances.

Your tasks will include:

• Handling incoming orders from salespeople, distributors, and contractors
• Invoicing and follow-up of customer and supplier accounts
• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Payroll management
• Transport planning for our pump trucks
• Price updates and follow-up on previous orders

The role is broad and varied and suits you who enjoys working both administratively and financially in a smaller organization where you can take on significant responsibility.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and unpretentious. You have a pleasant demeanor and a strong sense of service towards both customers and colleagues. You enjoy working independently but are also a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Economic education (high school or post-secondary)
• Experience in ongoing bookkeeping
• Experience in order management, customer service, or administration
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good computer skills and strong knowledge of Excel
• It is a merit if you have experience in payroll management

Other important information

The position is full-time permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start as soon as possible according to agreement. You will be based at our office at Storängsgatan 6 in Heby.

MCT AB started manufacturing cement-based products in 2015. We sell these products throughout Sweden. We sell the products in 20 kg plastic bags on pallets as well as by pump truck. We have a modern production line that meets high quality demands from our customers. We plan to start the construction of a new factory in Heby during the year, which will allow us to expand our product range for our customers.
