The work involves independently investigating, assessing, and deciding whether the incorrectly paid amount should be repaid and whether there are grounds for remission. You negotiate repayment plans and take actions to recover the incorrectly paid amount.

To succeed in this role, you need to collaborate towards common goals, make wise trade-offs, and be flexible and solution-focused. In your work, you may also have contact with external parties such as employers and other authorities. You will communicate both by phone and in writing. Therefore, it is important that you are confident in communicating in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.
