About the Position

As a Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the work with process management and business development throughout the company. You will be part of a close collaboration where you, together with another Development Leader and the company's business controller, drive development and governance forward. You will lead development initiatives, support the organization in change work, and ensure that we have a well-functioning management system in place.

Your main responsibilities include:

• leading and supporting process mapping and process development, as well as being responsible for the company's method of process management
• driving larger business development and change initiatives
• acting as an advisor to the CEO, management, managers, and employees on issues related to the management system
• supporting the implementation, modeling, and further development of the management system in close collaboration with the operations
• monitoring and analyzing developments in process management and business development

The position also includes exciting parts such as being an IT subject specialist in operations and a member of the crisis management organization.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant education in quality management, business development, or equivalent
• Good knowledge and experience in digitization and process mapping
• Experience in quality management and business development
• Experience in change management and/or leading development initiatives
• Documented experience in project management
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English

It is also an advantage if you have previously worked in a politically governed organization or a publicly owned company. We also view it positively if you have worked in a similar role in a complex organization.

Additional Information

A large part of our operations is classified as critical infrastructure as we supply drinking water to Sweden's fourth largest city. For this position, a security check with a background check will be conducted before employment. You should also be prepared to be placed in a war role within the framework of Uppsala Vatten and Waste's role in total defense. Uppsala Vatten applies a 6-month probationary period.
