Do you want to take the next step in your HR career and be responsible for the entire HR function in a small tech company, with daily managerial support and close collaboration with the CEO? ReadSpeaker is now looking for a Junior HR Manager who wants to take over and further develop our HR function in Sweden. This is a perfect role for you who have a few years of HR experience, thrive in the operational field, and want to grow in responsibility.
About the role
As HR Manager at ReadSpeaker, you will be the sole HR representative locally and will have some contact with our global management team. You will take over an established HR framework with clear processes and routines, and be responsible for the daily HR operations – while gradually further developing methods, processes, and support for managers.
You will work closely with our Swedish CEO and be a natural sounding board for our managers in their daily work. Our current HR consultant will remain available for support in more complex matters as needed.
The role is broad, operational, and varied – with great trust and the opportunity to shape how HR functions in practice.
Examples of tasks
- Ongoing HR work throughout the employee journey for our over 40 employees.
- Managerial support in HR-related issues.
- Responsible for contact with our payroll partner Aspia and ensuring smooth payroll runs.
- Handling HR administration, contracts, certificates, and personnel data.
- Support in workplace environment work, rehabilitation, and labor law issues.
- Further development of HR processes and routines.
- Some general administration to support the CEO may occur.
- HR projects, such as the implementation of HR systems.

Requirements
- A few years of experience in broad, operational HR work
- Good understanding of Swedish labor law and HR processes
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with managers and employees
- A humble and solution-oriented attitude
- Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
Meritorious
- Experience working in any HR system
- Experience in payroll administration
