Maintenance Coordinator (VMH Coordinator)

In the role of Maintenance Coordinator (VMH Coordinator), you will manage purchases within the command system area.

FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) is primarily located in Enköping and is functionally led by the Swedish Armed Forces (FM) Headquarters. The unit's main task is to take responsibility for FM command support systems throughout their life cycle, from requirement specification to decommissioning, during peace, crisis, and war.

The position of VMH Coordinator at TVK Ledsyst is part of the 2nd Contract Section located in Enköping. As a VMH Coordinator, you will work in the procurement class: advanced procurer, which means making procurements from agreements made by FM or the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) with one or more suppliers on behalf of FM.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement and follow-up of contracts and orders
  • Request and verify quotes when a valid agreement exists
  • Perform direct procurements up to 100,000 SEK
  • Review incoming order documentation/checklists, including associated contracts and commitment plans
  • Handle invoice discrepancies regarding price and quantity
  • Register purchases in the procurement register
  • Conduct invoice and delivery follow-up
  • Participate in the development of work processes within maintenance and report inaccuracies to FST SUPPORT
  • Continuously stay updated on applicable procurement regulations and internal guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Relevant education such as IT/Technology, economics, purchasing, or logistics, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer
  • Several years of experience in administrative tasks
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English

MERITORIOUS

  • Experience working in a government agency
  • Experience with invoice management
  • Experience with purchasing-related tasks
  • Experience with procurement in FM business system PRIO (SAP)

Other

Employment type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those who are not employed by the authority.

Employment rate: Full-time.

Civil position.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Individual salary setting applies within the framework of the salary target set by FM for the position.
