Are you an experienced accounts receivable specialist who enjoys creating structure, driving process improvements, and managing complex workflows? We are now looking for a senior financial consultant for an exciting assignment with a client in Uppsala. The role has a start date as soon as possible and is initially for 6 months.

Responsibilities

As a consultant in this role, you will have overall responsibility for supporting and stabilizing the daily operations within accounts receivable (AR). The focus is on ensuring efficient and customer-focused processes throughout the Order-to-Cash (O2C) flow.

Your main tasks include:

• Responsible for cash collection, reconciliations, and management of customer accounts.
• Handle complex AR issues, advance payments, and escalations in a structured manner.
• Drive improvements and ensure best practices within the O2C process.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, accounting principles, and internal controls.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. To succeed in this position, we see that you have:

• Solid experience in accounts receivable and the entire O2C chain.
• Very good knowledge of business systems such as IFS, Navision, or AX, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and deliver results independently.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus).
