Our Operations

At the HR unit of the Medical Products Agency, we work to ensure that the agency continues to be an attractive employer. We have a strategic mission to coordinate the overall employer policy. We also work operationally by providing qualified support in everyday matters to managers and employees on issues related to recruitment, work environment, rehabilitation, leadership development, labor law, and payroll administration.

We have a well-functioning team-based approach that is based on the various HR processes. This way, we can smoothly assist each other in everyday tasks to provide the best possible support to the operations, while also creating good opportunities for both development, knowledge sharing, and a unified employer and personnel policy.

Our unit currently consists of an HR manager, seven HR partners, four payroll and HR administrators, and one payroll and negotiation manager. As the Medical Products Agency is growing, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

As an HR partner, you will work with qualified managerial support and have a broad and varied area of responsibility that can encompass all fundamental HR processes. Our team-based approach allows for some deepening based on the needs of the operations and your expertise, and the tasks may vary over time.

The role of HR partner also means that you actively drive and contribute to development work related to HR processes, working methods, and organization, often in close collaboration with engaged colleagues and representatives from the operations. A current example is digitization, where we are working to streamline processes and develop HR support.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with an academic degree from a human resources program or equivalent. You have solid, current experience of broad and qualified HR work from a knowledge-intensive organization. You have worked with strategic and operational HR and employer issues of both simpler and more complex nature and are comfortable working with operational managerial support at various levels in an organization. If you have previously worked in a team with HR colleagues, it is an advantage. You are comfortable conducting training or other development initiatives and have a good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

We are looking for someone who works with a holistic perspective and has the ability to identify needs in the operations and translate them into actions. You have high integrity and good judgment, even in complex situations. You create and develop trusting relationships, and enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with others. Since we work in teams, we also see that you need to be unpretentious, structured, and meticulous. We place great importance on personal qualities.
