The coaching follows a common structure aimed at making students independent, study-smart, empathetic, and mentally strong. Additionally, the school has a head coach who supervises each coach and a program director who follows up on the work. Our students have high ambitions, and we have high positive expectations of them. We train each student's self-discipline to achieve their study goals.

The position is a temporary employment for the school year 26/27 with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. The employment rate is 30% for SYV and an additional 15-40% for the coaching assignment.
