Mathematics Teacher at Johannes Hedberg High School

Are you a mathematician with a heart for teaching? Do you love to see that "aha" moment in your students when they crack a tricky equation? Johannes Hedberg High School is looking for a passionate mathematics teacher to make a positive difference in our students' lives. We are currently seeking a full-time mathematics teacher (100%) starting May 18, 2026, or by agreement.

Johannes Hedberg High School is part of Folkuniversitetet. Our idea is to provide people with the conditions for a richer life through knowledge and creativity. Folkuniversitetet is a foundation free from political, religious, commercial, and union interests. Johannes Hedberg High School is a non-profit independent school in Helsingborg that has been around since 1994. Today, we have approximately 480 students enrolled in the social sciences and natural sciences programs. We have about 40 staff members in new, fresh facilities in the heart of Helsingborg, just a few minutes from the train station.

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time (100%) role that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible, May 18, or by agreement.

The role primarily involves teaching mathematics and mentorship.
