In Ur och Skur, we work with experience-based learning as a method towards our goals. The preschool is a member of the Outdoor Association's children's activities. We currently have 10 staff members divided into three groups, with common opening and closing times that also include the after-school program. Utsikten aims to give children a positive attitude towards nature. By spending time in nature year-round, children gain a sense of nature, exercise, movement, and community without performance in a competitive form. We hope that children will see nature as a recreational place they carry with them in their backpacks for the future. We are working towards a chemical-smart preschool and are a TD1 certified preschool. Language initiatives are centrally conducted throughout the municipality to increase goal fulfillment for all children and students.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, you will be part of an engaged team where you together create good conditions for the preschool's education. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the activities, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. In your role, you work with goal-oriented processes that promote children's care, development, and learning, while ensuring that the preschool's core values permeate daily work.

You actively contribute to children developing their abilities in creativity, creation, and interaction with others, and you plan, document, and evaluate education based on children's different needs at both individual and group levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with an interest in outdoor education. If you have training in I Ur och Skur or other outdoor pedagogical training, it is an advantage.

You should be engaged, proactive, and have a good ability to build positive relationships with people, both young and old. You are open to collegial learning and interested in developing as well as inspiring colleagues with your knowledge.

You contribute to a good work environment by being engaged, responsible, positive, and flexible in your role. You also have the ability to meet children based on their own conditions and find solutions together with them. You are creative and motivated to create a preschool that is safe, fun, and educational for all children.

Since communication with children, guardians, and colleagues is a significant part of the role, it is necessary to be fluent in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
