JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In our work to achieve our goals based on the above development work, we are now looking for a teacher who is passionate about developing each student according to their needs and conditions.

The position primarily involves 40-50% music teaching in grades 1-6, including choir activities and participation in events such as graduations. For us, the right pedagogue and personality are the most important. We are therefore very open to discussing a higher working percentage for those who have qualifications in additional subjects or are willing to combine music teaching with other responsibilities at the school. Please specify in your application which subject combinations or competencies you possess.

The school's staff is divided into various teams, where you will be part of a team connected to both school hours and after-school care. In the team, it is expected that everyone contributes to the team and the school, both in daily work and in the development work being carried out.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is attracted by the above description and holds a teaching certification where music is one of the subjects. You are good at building trusting relationships and, together with your colleagues, focus on developing each student based on their needs and conditions. It is important that you find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and have a flexible approach to this work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability for the assignment.
